Settle into the cottage
Gather and grow
Stock your shelves with herbs, stones, and gems. Plant cuttings in the garden, set seed crystals in the cellar grotto, walk out to the meadow, cast a line at the lake. Everything grows on its own honest clock, even while the app is closed.
Prepare with care
Wash and dry your herbs, rinse and polish your stones: each step is its own small, hands-on ritual, and you'll keep learning new techniques as your craft grows.
Brew something wonderful
Choose a recipe, set the cauldron going, and let time do its work. From a simple Calming Draught to Bottled Sunrise, careful hands make finer bottles, and the village notices. Save up and a second pot hangs over the same fire.
Say it with flowers
Twenty blooms carry a meaning in the old language of flowers, and there's a table by the hearth for arranging them. The village asks for a wedding, a leaving, a long winter: any bouquet is gratefully taken, but one that says the thing pays more.
Meet the neighbors
Otto the beekeeper, Miss Juniper, Old Man Alder, Granny Bramble, Hazel, and Mallow the flower-seller: every neighbor has a story to follow, favors to ask, and their own ways of saying thank you.
A cat, and some nights the moon
A stray wanders up the lane and moves in for good, dozing by the lit hearth and leaving little presents by the door. And every few days the world outside goes to dusk: fireflies, an owl, and a silver lake that gives up what it never offers by day.
Make the cottage yours
Arrange every shelf, cabinet, and trinket. Move the cauldron to the window if that's where it belongs. The whole cottage is yours to wander and yours to decorate.
And a whole floor above
Find the stairs and there's a loft under the rafters, furnished as an attic with sixteen more places to stand things. Carry the cauldron up and brew there instead, and give each storey its own colour.
It respects your time
No lives, no timers, no penalties. Orders wait patiently, brews finish while you're away, and nothing minds if you put the game down to go put the real kettle on.

The kettle's on
Great-Aunt Maribel left you her cottage, her cauldron, and a drawer full of half-finished notes. The village could use a potion-maker again.
