Chompist: a one-thumb arcade game by Ferki Studios

Eat anything smaller. Grow. Outgrow the whole place, and start again as the smallest thing in the next one.
Chompist is on Google Play's internal-testing track, so there's no public listing yet. Send us a note and we'll add you.
Small thing, big appetite
One rule, and it never bends
Anything smaller than you is food. Anything bigger is hunting you. That is the whole game, and the moment you grow, the thing that was chasing you becomes lunch.
Six worlds, one ladder
A drop of water. A pond. A coral reef. The open ocean. Dry land seen from above. Then out past it entirely, to pebbles and moonlets and planets and stars. Six times you become the biggest thing alive, and six times you begin again as the smallest.
One thumb
Put your thumb anywhere on the screen and swim. A second finger is a burst of speed for the end of a chase you would otherwise lose. No menus to learn, no timers, no waiting.
Things that do not care how big you are
A current that carries you where you did not steer. Stingers that end a run at any size. A drifting mass that will not stay where you left it, and gravity wells with something lethal in the middle. Size is the rule; these are the exceptions.
Gold is worth swimming for
A frenzy lets you eat anything at all for a few seconds, including whatever was hunting you a moment ago. A lure stops nearby food running away and draws it toward you instead.
A new board every day
One run a day on a board the date picks: the same water, the same arrivals, the same hazards in the same places for everyone playing it that day.
And a ladder with no top
Endless drops you in as a single cell and never stops. Outgrow a realm and you go straight up to the next, and past the galaxy it begins again with more of everything hunting you.

Fair by design
Not a banner, not an interstitial, nothing to buy. The whole game is the game.
Nothing to sign up for. Your save stays on your device, and the game never needs a connection.
A colour-blind mode that widens the danger outline as well as recolouring it, and a Reduce Motion switch. Creatures pop and vanish; nothing bleeds.
You are very small
Almost everything sharing the water with you is bigger than you are, and all of it is hungry. Start eating.
